| I have a M.S. degree in Computer Science from Washington State University. In the past two decades, I have worked at Tektronix, Intel, the Oregon Graduate Institute, and at Portland State University on various networking and operating system software projects. My current interests include TCP/IP-based protocol design, routing theory and practice, network management, mobile networking, and network security. |
