Graduate students Rashawn Knapp and Mick Thomure have received 2007 Oregon Sports Lottery Scholarships. Rashawn works for Dr. Karen Karavanic in the area of performance evaluation of parallel applications. Mick Thomure is working with Dr. Melanie Mitchell in the area of machine learning.
