Study low-power wireless networking and computation. Has produced 2 Ph.D.s to date and another one is expected Summer 2007. One interesting project involves reducing power consumed by the Internet as a whole. Other projects examine high-speed low-power wireless technologies as well as ultra wideband sensor networking.
