PSU can face several different types of inclement weather openings, below are the various scenarios. We hope the following list will be useful when trying to determine if PSU is open for classes or not. We suggest you print out a copy of this message and keep it at home for reference. 1.) Watch and listen to television stations KATU, channel 2, KOIN, channel 6, KGW, channel 8, KPTV, channel 12 and KEI (Spanish Language), channel 56, for school openings, delays and closures. 2.) Listen to AM radio stations KOAC, 550, KEWS, 620, KXL, 750, KPDQ, 800, KWBY (Spanish Language) 940, KOTK, 1080, KEX, 1190, KBPS, 1450 and KFXX, 1520 for school openings, delays and closures. Listen to FM radio stations KBPS 89.9, KOPB, 91.5, KGON, 92.3, KPDQ, 93.7, KNRK, 94.7, KXL, 95.5, KISN, 97.1, KUPL, 98.7, KWJI, 99.5, KKRZ, 100.3, KINK, 101.9, KKCW, 103.3 or KKJZ, 106.7 for school openings, delays and closures. 3.) As soon as we know the status of inclement weather opening, the following are various University options (University closed for the entire day, delayed morning opening only, we are here at PSU, inclement weather comes in and we close for the afternoon only or cancellation of evening classes only), we will post a notice to "System Messages." 4.)
