What's the big news?  On Saturday, November 18, 1995, Jason and Tracy were
vacationing in Vancouver BC.  That evening they decided to go out to dinner.
Before dinner, Jason went to the flower shop, and bought a single rose.  When
he gave it to Tracy, she saw that there was a ring in the flower, a diamond
ring.  Jason proceded to ask Tracy for her hand in marriage.  She accepted!
