1.  Comer vol. 3 in his TCP/IP series does have a winsock version.   
Volume 3 is on network programming.

2. best bet:
Network Programming for Microsoft Windows,  latest edition.
Microsoft Press.  

3. Windows Sockets, Network Programming.  Bob Quinn, Dave Shute.
Addison-Wesley.  

4. Win32 Network Programming.  Ralph Davis.  Addison Wesley.
